You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by e-mail as soon as our production has created the shipping label. Tracking is possible as soon as PostNL has scanned your parcel in the freight center.
We are not responsible for any delays after the parcel has left our care.

Change / Cancel Order
We can change or cancel your order as long as it has not got in the state of being produced, this is why we suggest you contact us in the shortest time possible.
The return of broken products is, of course, possible within the cancellation period. Please contact our customer service for a return slip.
