Redist Bleaching Powder  Hair Lightener is a compact powder lightener that has high lightening strength that does not
flutter around. Put the Redist Powder Hair Lightener with oxidant cream (10,20,30,40 volume) in a
cup that is not metal and mix until you obtain a homogenous mixture. Heat treatment may increase
the hair lightening period. Hair must be rinsed with generous water after the lightening process is
completed. It must be washed by shampooing.
